Please use these forms to register for LearnStar programs for the 2023-2024 school year only. If you wish to register for the remainder of the current 2022-2023 school year, please ensure you use the correct forms by selecting the tab titled "2022-2023 Forms".
Please note that acceptance emails will be sent as soon as we are able.
Upon receiving acceptance to the program, an acceptance email will be sent to you requiring submission of your Preauthorized Debiting agreement (PAD) and a registration deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, should you decide to forfeit your space before starting with the program. Returning families do not need to submit a new PAD agreement unless there are changes to the banking information we currently have on file.
The registration deposit will be applied toward the first invoice in September.
