STEP 1
Following Government regulations, we must use the Early Learning Gateway Portal (linked below) to fill available spots in the program.
If you have not already done so, please add your child to the portal waitlist.
STEP 2
After you have added your child to the Early Learning Gateway portal in Step 1
please complete the registration form linked below.

Please note that acceptance emails will be sent as soon as we are able.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing before receiving your acceptance email.
Upon receiving acceptance to the program, an acceptance email will be sent to you requiring submission of Preauthorized Debiting agreement (PAD) form. Returning families do not need to submit a new PAD agreement unless there are changes to the banking information we currently have on file.
